Crash victims identified

Three of the people killed in a car crash Tuesday morning in Jessup were Glen Burnie residents, a neighbor said this morning.
The victims included a woman, two of her daughters and a family friend. A third daughter was critically injured.
Howard County police say 42-year-old Rhonda White was killed in the crash along with her 24-year-old daughter, Stephanie Dorsey, and her seven-month-old daughter, Riley Smith.
